Elite Pitchers Velocity Training Camp: This camp includes all aspects of pitching with an emphasis on adding velocity, arm health, and mechanical efficiency. Will 5 to 10 MPH change your life so to speak? If so, you may want to get in this camp. 

 

Note: Elite has nothing to do with age or skill, but has everything to do with maturity level and the instruction dropped. I have seen mature 10 year olds and immature ones. It is for the dedicated, the focused, the disciplined.

 

Duration: 10 weeks

There have been dozens of pitchers that have advanced to the college ranks under Watson’s tutelage. In addition, 11 arms have been drafted in the Wave program. At Edmonds Community College, his staff helped them win an NWAC Championship. Coach Watson will be assisted by former college pitchers, DJ Oliver and Moises Valadez. They are both excellent in the areas of delivery refinement, pitch development, and strategy.

Hitting / Throwing Camp (1x weekly): This camp includes hitting, throwing, and baseball specific conditioning. Participants will train the arm and swing. The arm portion of the camp is for ALL players, not just pitchers. Everyone has to throw. Most errors are from inadequate throwing skills.

 

Duration: 10 weeks

Begins: 10/14

Ends : 12/19

Slots:

• Monday 5 to 7 or 7 to 9

• Wednesday 5 to 7 or 7  to 9

• Thursday 5 to 7 or 7 to 9

Our hitting curriculum is one of the best in the area. We give Joe Ross credit for our teachings. Joe was a PAC 12 Hitting Coach for the U of W and WSU for 20 years before becoming an Area Supervisor Scout with the Mariners and Kansas City Royals (current).

Matt and Zach just flat out drop knowledge! They were trained by an MLB infield instructor - the late Bill Stubbs. Coach Stubbs is a Seattle legend. We are passing on the tradition with his teachings.

Instructor: Emmett Ward

 

Emmett Ward played the catcher position for 4 years at Pacific University in California. Coach Ward is an excellent instructor who can flat out develop catchers; I’ve not seen anyone better in my 27 years. He’s a real asset to our WBI and Wave program.
