My son started with Coach Watson's pitching program before his 11-yr-old season in Little League. I was looking for a training program that would enhance my son's abilities with solid fundamentals, rather than forcing a particular delivery or teaching gimmick pitches. He has greatly increased his control and endurance over the past three years, as well as his velocity. I'm sure that this is due to the emphasis on balance, posture, core strength, and arm injury prevention that is the focus the WBI program. My son has pitched very effectively in Little League district and state tournaments, and in the Sandy Koufax league since starting with Coach Watson. This year he added the WBI hitting program to his training and we have been very pleased with his progress. He will continue to train at WBI through high school. - Jim Greer
