Summer Camp Details
Pitching
- Understanding pitching mechanics and terminology
- Arm care and health
- Pitching and throwing drills
- Velocity/change-ups
- Pick offs, holding runners, and pitchers fielding practice

Hitting
- Understanding of swing mechanics and terminology
- Balance and body control stance
- Body and swing movements
- Bat speed enhancement
- Ssimulated game play and situations
|
Conditioning
- Athletic movements, speed/agility, and combo drills
- Plyometrics, functional strength, and core work
|
Fielding
- Understanding fielding mechanics and terminology
- Proper set-up, approach, transfers, and throwing drills
|
Catching
- Proper receiving, transfers, and throwing
- Stances, sign giving, and movement to the ball
- The easy way to block the dirt ball

Players should wear proper baseball attire/shorts ok, glove, sneakers (cleats preferably),
plenty of water, sack lunch, and sun screen.
