Baseball and Softball Players

Ages 7yrs - 13yrs
Camp will be broken into age appropriate groups.
CAMP #1
Dec 19th - Dec 22nd
Time - 9am - 1pm daily
Cost - $159 per player

CAMP #2
Dec 26th - 29th
Time - 9am - 1pm daily
Cost - $159 per player

Pitching
  • Understanding pitching mechanics and terminology
  • Arm care and health
  • Pitching and throwing drills
  • Velocity/change-ups
Hitting
  • Understanding of swing mechanics and terminology
  • Balance and body control
  • Body and swing movements
  • Bat speed enhancement
Conditioning
  • Athletic movements, speed/agility, and combo drills
  • Plyometrics, functional strength, and core work
Fielding
  • Understanding fielding mechanics and terminology
  • Proper set-up, approach, transfers, and throwing drills
Catching
  • Proper receiving, transfers, and throwing
  • Stances, sign giving, and movement to the ball
  • The easy way to block the dirt ball


Players should wear a cap, tennis shoes/ turf shoes, and appropriate attire. Please bring a water bottle and healthy snack.
