| After twenty years in baseball, I needed to learn what was new in the sport so I could teach my 12 year old son and his team to be stronger and smarter. WBI has shown me how to make these kids stronger and more agile at the same time. I have incorporated many of the core training techniques into our stretching exercises and our daily routines. The Hitting and Fielding Drills that they use allow us to identify specific areas that the kids need to address. I especially value the emphasis that WBI places on proper conditioning and the overall safety of the kid’s and their arms. My team is a better team, and my child is stronger and better prepared for this season because of the time he has spent with Scott Watson and the WBI staff. - Jeff Behrman |
